匯報對象 / Reporting to: Deputy Head – Pastoral Care & Boarding崗位目標 / Key Purpose全面負責學生關懷、品格發展及宿舍管理，并與學術團隊緊密合作，確保學生在社會情感發展和學業成就上得到全面支持，助力學生實現較好的學習成果。Responsible for student welfare, character development, and boarding management, while working closely with the academic team to ensure students are supported holistically—socially, emotionally, and academically—for optimal learning outcomes.主要職責 / Main Responsibilities1.學生關懷與學業支持 / Student Welfare & Academic Support制定并實施德育及學生關懷體系，營造積極向上的校園氛圍。Develop and implement the pastoral ****work to promote student wellbeing, positive behavior, and a supportive school climate.與學術部門緊密合作，識別并消除影響學習的行為和心理障礙。Collaborate with academic leaders and teachers to identify barriers to learning and provide appropriate pastoral support.引導學生形成有效的學習習慣、自律精神和抗壓能力，以提升學術表現。Guide students in developing resilience, study skills, and personal responsibility to strengthen academic outcomes.2.寄宿管理 / Boarding Management統籌宿舍日常運行，保障學生在住宿期間的安全、健康和生活質量。Oversee daily boarding operations to ensure safety, health, and quality of life for students.管理寄宿團隊，確保學習支持和課余活動均衡開展。Lead boarding staff to provide a balanced program of academic support and enrichment opportunities.塑造積極守紀、自律向上的寄宿文化，幫助學生更好地學習與成長。Build a disciplined, independent, and academically motivated boarding culture.3.安全與合規 / Safeguarding & Compliance落實并監督學生保護、健康與安全政策。Implement and monitor safeguarding, health, and safety policies.建立完善的學生關懷、紀律處理和學業支持記錄。Maintain comprehensive records on pastoral interventions, disciplinary cases, and academic support.確保所有工作符合國際學校德育和寄宿的實踐標準。Ensure compliance with international best practices in pastoral care and boarding.4.社區與品格教育 / Community & Character Education策劃并開展融合品格教育與學術發展的活動、講座和集會。Organize assemblies, workshops, and programs that integrate character education with academic development.加強與家長溝通，建立家校合作，共同支持學生成長與學習。Foster effective school–home communication to support student wellbeing and learning.處理學生沖突和人際關系問題，營造積極和諧的校園社區。Support conflict resolution and nurture a harmonious school community.任職要求 / Person Specification1.本科及以上學歷，教育學、心理學、社會工作或相關專業背景。Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.2.豐富的學生關懷或寄宿管理經驗，有國際或雙語學校工作經驗者優先。Solid experience in pastoral care and/or boarding management, preferably in an international or bilingual school.3.深刻理解青少年成長規律及其對學業成績的影響。Strong understanding of adolescent development and its impact on learning outcomes.4.具備出色的人際溝通和領導能力，能夠在德育與學術之間搭建有效橋梁。Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge pastoral care and academic development.5.善于跨部門協作，能與學術、寄宿和行政團隊高效合作。Collaborative mindset, capable of working across academic, boarding, and administrative teams.6.中英文雙語能力佳。Bilingual ability (Chinese & English) preferred.
