Deliver targeted English instruction for Grades 9-12 international students (AP/A-Level curriculum), specializing in IELTS/TOEFL test preparation and English literature, with proven ability to drive rapid score gains.? Maintain a highly organized classroom environment focused on achieving daily score-improvement ****ives.? Implement and model high-impact teaching methodologies, continuously refining strategies based on diagnostic student performance data.? Provide individualized student support, developing customized learning approaches that address diverse test-taking needs.? Establish clear, measurable teaching goals aligned with test ****ives, leveraging core and supplemental preparation materials.? Conduct ongoing assessment of student progress through mock tests, using data-driven insights to adjust instruction and provide ****able feedback.? Exhibit deep understanding of international curricula and cross-cultural learning differences relevant to overseas university preparation.? Engage in professional development focused on standardized test preparation strategies and score enhancement techniques.? Collaborate with faculty and administrators to execute management decisions aimed at maximizing student achievement on high-stakes exams.? Organize and lead regular after-school test preparation sessions and mock testing activities.? 深圳國際預科學院于2004年6月經深圳市教育局批準成立，是深圳一所老牌美式國際學校。在美國，很多私立名校和學術性中學都會冠名為大學預科學校Preparatory Academy，意即未來直升名牌大學，以此區(qū)別普通的美國中學。學院坐落在深圳灣畔，毗鄰園博園，環(huán)境優(yōu)美、交通便利。多年來，學院一直致力于培養(yǎng)身心健康、人格完美、思想獨立、意志堅韌，具有家國情懷、國際視野的現代公民。
2004年，學院的首批辦學項目學士預科和碩士預科開始招生，十余年來已成功輸送數千人前往英國、美國、澳大利亞、加拿大、歐洲等國際知名大學攻讀本科、碩士課程，包括美國哥倫比亞大學、康奈爾大學、波士頓學院、華盛頓大學、南加州大學、紐約視覺藝術學院等;英國倫敦政治經濟學院、杜倫大學，澳洲國立大學、悉尼大學;以及加拿大多倫多大學、西蒙菲莎大學等，其中數百人次獲得海外大學全額或部分獎學金。
2010年，學院又踏上新的征程，創(chuàng)辦了深圳首家美國中學，引入美國共同教育大綱（CCSS）課程體系，開設四年制美國高中部。并針對中國學生增強了托福、SAT、ACT標準化考試學習，同時引進了多門美國大學理事會考試體系中的AP課程，在深圳首創(chuàng)先河。
2013年，學院美國初中部正式招收了首批7—8年級學生。美國初中部課程與美國高中部一樣，沿循Common Core課程大綱，引進國外原版授權課程和教材，讓學生留學美國前就能體驗國外中學學習及生活，出國后更快適應國外課堂。同時，學校為了解決學生赴美讀書初期常見的不適應，充分結合中國學生實際情況，通過游戲、演講、辯論、角色扮演等各種方法，寓教于樂，讓學生掃除對英語的聽說障礙，能聽懂國外課程，掌握美國生存和生活的基本英語表達，敢于表現自我，快速融入美國社會。2014年，開設了美國初中預備班6年級，為升讀美國初中部提前做好各方面的準備。
