Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeReport to: ACTA Marketing ManagerDirect reports: NA職位:Inside Sales Representative匯報對象:ACTA市場經理下屬:無MissionYour mission is to conduct the sales of traditional products and service products mainly through telemarketing. At the same time, cooperate with field sales and jointly develop key accounts to maximize customer output.您的任務是通過電話銷售為主的方式,完成貿易型產品和服務產品的銷售。同時配合現場銷售,對重點客戶進行協同開發,最大化客戶產出。Major ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Conduct the sales of traditional products and service products through telemarketing, enhancing communication efficiency.· Create, track and close business opportunities that can be handled remotely.· Prepare quotation materials based on customer needs, closely track quotations and communicate with customers to shorten the customer order ****ation cycle and increase the order ****ation rate.· Actively communicate and coordinate with field sales team and other relevant teams to ensure the completion of orders.· Promote the implementation of the online order platform to distributors and handle special orders.· Work in coordination with field sales to develop collaborative development plans for direct sales customers, maximizing customer output. Handle daily orders from ****work agreement customers and direct sales major customers.· Actively develop new customers. Through new industry expansion, dormant customer awakening methods, develop new potential customers.· Follow up on business needs with the company's 400 hotline and identify or convert business opportunities.· Effectively communicate with customers over the phone, accurately identify target customers and efficiently reach out, explore customer needs, facilitate customer appointment meetings, facilitate business cooperation, and achieve performance targets.· Communicate regularly with cooperative customers and potential customers to establish good long-term cooperative relationships.· Regularly edit, modify, and maintain telephone communication ****s, optimize telemarketing processes.· Collect market trends, including competitor information, and provide suggestions for the marketing and sales activities.· Other tasks assigned by the manager. 任務職責包括但不限于:· 通過電話銷售交易性產品和服務,提升溝通效率。· 創建,跟蹤和關閉可以遠程處理的業務機會。· 根據客戶需求準備報價材料,密切跟蹤報價并與客戶溝通,縮短客戶確認訂單周期,提高訂單確認率。· 積極與銷售團隊等相關團隊溝通協調以確保訂單的完成。· 推動在線下單平臺在經銷商處的落地,處理經銷商的特價訂單。· 配合現場銷售,對直銷客戶形成協同開發方案,最大化客戶產出。處理來自框架協議客戶和直銷大客戶的日常訂單。· 積極拓展新客戶。通過新行業拓展,沉睡客戶喚醒等方式,開發新的潛力客戶。· 配合公司400熱線跟進業務需求,并發現或轉化業務機會。· 通過電話與客戶進行有效溝通,精準識別目標客戶并高效觸達,挖掘客戶需求,推動客戶預約會面,促成業務合作,達成業績目標。· 定期與合作客戶和潛在客戶進行溝通,建立良好的長期合作關系。· 定期編輯、修改、維護電話溝通話術,優化電銷流程。· 收集市場信息,包括競爭對手情況,對公司的營銷活動提出建議。· 經理安排的其他任務。 Education & Experience· University degree or above, Engineering **** is a plus.· At least 5 years related working experience, Industrial/machinery industry **** is plus.Knowledge & Skills· Knowledge of Sales process· Microsoft skills (Excel and PowerPoint)· Basic English skills in writingPersonality & Behavior Traits· Patient· Planning & organizing· Self-learning· Structured· Commercial mindset· Communicative· Team p****· Open to change· Work independently 教育和經驗要求:· 大學本科及以上學歷,工程背景的優先考慮· 5年以上相關工作經驗,有工業/機械行業背景者優先知識技能:· 熟悉銷售流程· 計算機辦公軟件技能(Excel和PowerPoint)· 基本的英語寫作能力性格和行為特質:· 耐心· 擅長策劃和組織· 自主學習· 結構化思考· 商業思維· 擅長溝通· 團隊合作精神· 樂于接受改變· 獨立工作
