崗位職責：1.驅動器新產品結構相關開發任務2. 維護和改進驅動器已有產品的結構3. 分析競品結構和行業的發展趨勢4. 協助制造部門處理生產、供應商等問題 任職資格：1. 本科及本科以上學歷，機械設計等相關專業。2. 三年及以上結構設計經驗。3. 精通注塑件、壓鑄件、鈑金件等設計。4. 有變頻器、伺服驅動器設計經驗者優先。5. 了解與結構相關的各種震動，跌落，安規，砸球等測試。6. 良好的專業英文讀寫能力。

In 2005, Boneng Transmission (Suzhou) Co.,Ltd was founded, which marked the beginning of Boneng North and South Layout in China.
