職位描述:1.負責所屬區域或行業客戶的開拓及維護工作,達成銷售指標并保證項目進度 2.對所管轄區域或行業的現有客戶進行跟蹤和聯絡,挖掘潛在客戶需求 3.協助上級制定營銷方案與計劃,參與項目談判并執行商務條款,簽訂協議,做好合同管理工作 4.負責本部門內部業務人員的工作指導和培訓,建立和完善客戶服務管理體系 5.負責收集市場需求信息,了解客戶需求,提供產品解決方案 6.配合公司的市場推廣活動 7.領導交辦的其它事項職位要求: 1.年齡35歲以內,大專以上學歷,有5年以上非標自動化行業銷售管理經驗2.具有優秀的溝通能力和團隊管理能力,善于協調跨部門溝通資源 3.具有良好的職業素養和團隊合作精神,能吃苦耐勞,積極進取 4.具有較強的抗壓能力,能夠承受一定的工作壓力 5.熱愛銷售事業,具備強烈的進取心和學習意愿,富有激情和創新力 6.有較強的市場分析能力和判斷力,敏銳的洞察力和良好的人際關系處理能力 7.有制造業或通訊設備行業、能源行業、汽車相關銷售經驗優先考慮
