主要職責 Main Responsibility:1.Responsible for the manufacturing process 負責制造工藝過程2.Responsible for the setup and verification of process parameters, summarizing and analysis of the trials run負責工藝參數的設置和驗證，對試運行進行總結和分析3.Responsible for the creating and maintaining of process documents (such as trials run record, standardized working instruction, operating instruction, changeover instruction, setup plan, etc.)負責流程文件的創建和維護（如試運行記錄、標準化工作指導書、作指導書、轉換指導書、設置計劃等）4.Responsible for the editing of delivery specification, reviewing of proposal and design, acceptance, and launch of new production equipment負責交期說明書的編輯、提案和設計的審核、驗收、新生產設備的上線5.Responsible for the study and improvement of the Capability of Machine (Cmk) and performance of production equipment負責研究和改進機器能力 （Cmk） 和生產設備的性能6.Responsible for the solving of related technical issues during trials and production負責解決試制和生產過程中的相關技術問題7.Responsible for the continuously improvement of related process負責相關流程的持續改進8.Responsible for the ****ing and improvement of auxiliary materials負責輔料的選型和改進9.Support the designing and improvement of tools and gauges支持工具和量具的設計和改進10.Support the creating and maintaining of Process Flow Chart, P-FMEA, and VSA/VSM. Be a project team member to complete related tasks for new project支持創建和維護工藝流程圖、P-FMEA 和 VSA/VSM。成為項目團隊成員，完成新項目的相關任務11.Support the planning of capacity, the process input for project quotation, layout planning and investment application支持產能規劃、項目報價、布局規劃和投資申請的流程輸入任職要求Qualification：1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related subject2.At least 4 years’ experience in process engineer or similar position, automotive industry will be preferred3.Familiar with manufacturing process4.Skilled in GD&T and AutoCAD. CATIA/Creo/UG will be a plus5.Practical activities in shop-floor6.Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
