主要職責：1. 數據分析與運營洞察：負責公司數字化平臺數據處理、可視化及建模，提供產品優化方案的數據支持、支持業務決策。2. 數據庫優化與 AI 應用規劃 ：梳理內部協作平臺數據庫，提升效率，為 AI 產品搭建提供支持；規劃 AI Agent 產品，探索應用場景，提升智能化水平與用戶體驗。3. 產品運營：定期撰寫產品周報與月報；優化內部協作平臺個性化功能，提升用戶體驗，策劃并執行相關活動運營。4. 跨部門協作：與多部門緊密合作，提供數字化轉型與數據分析專業建議，保障產品可持續發展。任職要求1. 教育背景 ：本科及以上學歷，數據分析、商業分析、統計學、管理類等專業優先。2. 工作經驗 ：3 年以上相關經驗，有數據分析、AI 產品設計或數字化轉型項目經驗優先。3. 專業技能 ：- 熟練掌握 SQL、Python、R 等數據分析工具，具備出色的數據清洗、轉換和分析能力，能夠高效處理大規模數據集。- 熟悉主流的數據可視化工具（如 Tableau、PowerBI 等），能夠根據業務需求設計并制作直觀、美觀且具有交互性的數據可視化報表和儀表盤。- 了解機器學習、深度學習等 AI 相關技術和算法原理，具備一定的數據建模實踐經驗，能夠運用 AI 技術解決實際業務問題。。- 熟悉公司內部協作平臺常用功能與業務流程，深入理解核心業務流程。- 熟練掌握 PPT 制作技巧，能夠制作高質量、邏輯清晰、設計美觀的產品規劃 PPT。- 語言能力 ：英語水平良好，具備中英文讀寫能力。
