工作職責
1. Follow the equipment maintenance procedure and make corresponding records
按照保養(yǎng)計劃完成設備的保養(yǎng)，并把備件更換情況及保養(yǎng)數(shù)據(jù)記錄在相對應文件中。
2. Take one or more tasks of mold & tooling change, process adjustment , spare parts keeping, mold and fixture maintenance.
參與并完成模具夾具更換、工藝調(diào)整、備件管理、模具夾具的保養(yǎng).
3. Assist to follow new products trial.
協(xié)助參與新產(chǎn)品試驗。
4. All the production equipments maintenance procedure 、daily check and repir make corresponding data records 。
廠務設備的維護保養(yǎng)及維修和日常點檢并完成相應的記錄。
5. Assist the engineer to install new equipments , be a trainee for operation and maintenance
協(xié)助工程師完成新設備的安裝，完成設備的操作和維護。
6. Assist team to make continuous maintenance improvement
協(xié)助團隊持續(xù)改善并提供改善建議。
7.Other tasks assigned by dept managers.
部門經(jīng)理安排的其他任務。
任職要求
1.Technical school or high school or above
高中或中專以上學歷
2.Minimum four years working experience in Automatic control or machine maintenance ，Have the online PLC used experiences .
四年以上自動控制或機械電氣維護經(jīng)驗,有PLC 實際操作經(jīng)驗。
3. Can use tool to understood the machine English instruction book ,Honest and self-disciplined, reliable & stable, team-work spirit.

能閱讀簡單英語，誠實，負責，穩(wěn)定，有團隊精神；目標導向和自我管理
4. Having an experience in PU line or injection molding or ultrasonic welding equipment maintenance or repair is preferred
有注塑機、超聲波焊接設備或相關設備維修保養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
5. Adapt Shifting
