Lead business growth by developing key account strategies and driving sales in the automotive Tier 1 industry.? Manage projects from EU to OEM, ensuring high data quality and successful order conversion.? Collaborate with global teams, promote Balluff solutions, and organize marketing activities.? Conduct market intelligence on industry trends, especially NEV.? Manage documentation and analyze business data for leadership.? Other tasks assigned by the line manager.Requirements:? 5+ years of sales or key account management experience in automotive Tier 1.? Strong project management skills and CRM tool experience (SAP and C4C preferred).? Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.? Proficient in English and MS Office.? Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in electrical automation-related disciplines.? Willingness to travel.
