崗位職責：1.產品戰略與規劃：①主導定義面向消費者(2C)和企業(2B)的智能算力服務器多功能產品形態，結合邊緣計算、AI推理等場景，打造差異化競爭力(如低延遲、高能效、模塊化設計)②深度拆解個人用戶(極客/創作者/智能家居用戶)與企業客戶(中小AI團隊/邊緣計算服務商)的核心需求，設計靈活的產品架構(如硬件算力堆善+訂閱制軟件服務)；2.全生命周期管理：①推動硬件(服務器架構、芯片選型、散熱設計)與軟件(算力調度系統、開發者工具鏈)的整合落地，協調供應鏈、研發、測試團隊完成產品交付②設計用戶增長策略，同時規劃2B端行業解決方案(如API接口、集群管理功能)；3.生態與資源整合：①聯動芯片廠商(如英偉達、海思)、開源社區及開發者生態，構建算力產品的技術壁壘與合作伙伴網絡②主導商業模式創新，探索硬件銷售、算力租賃、增值服務等多維度盈利路徑。崗位要求：1.5年以上硬件產品經理經驗，主導過智能硬件/oT設備/服務器類產品的完整生命周期；2.兼具2C爆品經驗(如智能家居、消費電子)與2B解決方案設計經驗(如企業級硬件、行業定制化產品)3.有頭部科技公司背景優先(如小米生態鏈企業、大疆行業應用部門、華為/英偉達相關產品線)；4.優秀的技術理解能力，熟悉算力場景技術棧(如CUDA、TensorRT、邊緣計算框架)，能深度參與硬件架構討論；5.優秀的用戶洞察力、數據分析分析能力、商業敏感度以及成本控制與供應鏈管理經驗。
