目前，我們已完成了北美3家高級(jí)酒莊的的收購和運(yùn)營整合和法國1家高級(jí)酒莊的收購。到2013年1季度，我們將完成目前正在進(jìn)行當(dāng)中的2家分別位于法國和西班牙的高級(jí)酒莊收購。集團(tuán)計(jì)劃在2014年內(nèi)，再完成4-7家包括歐洲傳統(tǒng)高端產(chǎn)區(qū)在內(nèi)的海外高級(jí)葡萄酒莊，形成一個(gè)遍布全球三大洲主要高級(jí)葡萄酒產(chǎn)區(qū)的完整布局。
Founded in January of 2012 , Beijing Yayin Wine Company is a direct subsidiary of Beida Jade Bird Group, a comprehensive investment holding group in China. We are the exclusive distributor in the mainland China market for wineries invested by Beida Jade Bird Group. We strive to develop a leading distribution and marketing network specializing high-end imported wine.
As of now, Beida Jade Bird Group has successfully acquired a prominent Virginia winery, The Winery at La Grange, and WESION Wine Education Institution. By the end of 2012, the group will invest in 2 more premium wineries. Within the next 2 to 3 years, the group will complete its strategic investment on 4 to 7 wineries across major international wine region.
